This page explains what the Samoari Meat Chips website collects, why, who receives it and how to have it removed. It describes this website as it works today. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who we are
Samoari Meat Chips is a food brand based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. To reach us about anything on this page, use the contact form.
What we collect, and only when you send it
The website asks for nothing that identifies you unless you fill in one of its four forms. Visits are counted without identifying anyone, as described under Cookies and analytics below.
- Order. Your name, email address and phone number, an optional note, the contents of your bag with its total, and whether you chose pickup or delivery. For an order we deliver or ship, the delivery address you enter. Its postal code is what the website uses to work out the cost.
- Contact message. Your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message.
- Email list. Your email address and a record that you ticked the box agreeing to receive emails from us.
- Review. Your star rating, your review, the name you choose to show with it and, only if you give it, your order number. The review form does not ask for your email address.
No payment is taken on this website and it never asks for card details. You pay by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank, which this website never sees.
How it reaches us
The order, contact and email list forms are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms handles the submission in order to deliver it; its own policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
When you place an order, this website also emails you a confirmation with your order number and how to pay. That email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which receives your name, your email address and the details of your order in order to deliver it; its own policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
A review is not sent by Web3Forms. It is kept in a database run for us by Cloudflare, which also hosts this website, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend so that we can read it. Its own policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Who sees it and what it is used for
Only Samoari Meat Chips. We use an order to confirm it with you, to match your payment to it, and to hand it over, deliver it or ship it. When an order is shipped, your name and address go on the parcel and so to the carrier that delivers it. We use a contact message to reply to you. We use a list email address to write to you with news from Samoari Meat Chips. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
A review is public once we publish it: its star rating, its text, the name shown with it and the month it was written appear on the page for that flavour. The order number is never published; it only helps us match a review to an order. We publish honest reviews, good or bad, and leave out spam, abuse and personal details.
How long we keep it
Orders and messages stay in our email inbox for as long as we need them to fulfil the order or answer you, and to keep ordinary business records. Email list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by replying to any email from us or through the contact form. A review we do not publish is deleted after 60 days at the latest. A published review stays until it is deleted, and you can ask us through the contact form to delete yours at any time.
Your bag
The bags you add are saved in your own browser so that they are still there if you refresh the page. This is browser storage on your device, not a cookie, and it is not sent to us until you place an order. After you place an order, the order is kept in the same way for two weeks, so you can open its number and payment details again from your bag: your name, your email address, what you ordered and, for an order we deliver or ship, the address. Anyone using the same browser on that device could open it. Clearing your browser’s site data removes both.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on it.
